1. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is eligible for return
- The item is returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are NOT eligible for refund or return:
- Products purchased during clearance or final-sale
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Custom-made or personalized items
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is accepted:
- We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item to our warehouse.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All labels, tags, and accessories must be intact.
- Any free gift or complimentary item must also be returned.
If these conditions are not met, the refund request may be rejected.
5. Refund Mode
Refunds are issued through:
- Original payment method (UPI, card, Netbanking, Wallet, etc.)
- Or Store Credit if preferred by the customer
Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the defective product
- Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return instead.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment service provider.
