1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product is eligible for return
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are NOT eligible for refund or return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Custom-made or personalized items

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is accepted:

  1. We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item to our warehouse.
  2. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All labels, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Any free gift or complimentary item must also be returned.

If these conditions are not met, the refund request may be rejected.


5. Refund Mode

Refunds are issued through:

  • Original payment method (UPI, card, Netbanking, Wallet, etc.)
  • Or Store Credit if preferred by the customer

Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the defective product
  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return instead.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment service provider.
